Hiya, I’m L.J. Longo. I’ve won awards for my erotic novels, am a flaming bi-sexual, and really, really love to play tabletop RPGs. Pathfinder, DnD 5th, Dungeon Crawler Classic, Kitchen-sinking anything and everything that lets me pretend to be someone even more badass than I am and hurt nasty people with magic and axes.
A friend suggested an awesome way to combine my background in playing make-believe with dice and my decades of experience writing fantasy romance. She wanted to make an RPG game for lovers.
Something that would bring the mad-cap excitement of table-top RPGs to new heights.
Something that would make it easier to role-play in the bedroom by gamifying the rules.
Something for her partner who loved DnD and something for herself because she always wanted to play sexy dress-up and never knew how to start.
My friend’s idea was really good. Too good to keep to ourselves.
We built a team called The Bold and The Brazen and started creating. Our first collection of two-player erotic adventures is called Taverns of Conquest. We’re still developing the rules but plan to launch by this Valentine’s Day. For now, we’re looking for people who are interested in testing out an RPG where you and your lover take an erotic adventure together.
One plays as the Muse, guiding the adventure, pushing their partner to the edge, sending temptation after temptation, and trying to distract their lover’s character away from their mission.
The other player selects either the Scholar, Scoundrel, or Champion archetype and becomes a Hero fighting for their own happily ever after. Will they resist the muse’s temptations to save the princess, defeat the dragon? Will they succumb to the incubus king’s power? Or maybe, they’ll just bribe the muse using out foreplay charts to get the results they want.
To follow this project as we finish developing it, launch some kind crowd-funding, and eventually release the game, scroll just a little bit down and Join Our Mailing List for Game Updates. To sign up for our Beta Test, click here.
And remember: There’s no losing in foreplay.
